Rehabilitation to Non-LHDME Homes Project Non-LHDME homes who qualify to receive this service are notified for an assessment of their home to identify the different issues that can be addressed and repaired depending of cost on the work that needs to be completed. Rehabilitation of the home will commence, pending the amount of work to be done, the home owner may be relocated. A scope of work will be created to upgrade and or repairs such as; roof replacement/repairs, plumbing, electrical, minimal drywall repairs, texture, painting, windows, doors and HVAC services. Qualified applicants who are near elderly or handicap will receive ADA accessibilities such as; ramps, walk-in showers, widening of doorways and general repairs.
